How long will it take for my candy to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their sugar fix sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery reach to other countries soon.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How do you handle shipping in hot weather?
During summer months or for shipments to warm climates, we use insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your chocolates and gummies don't melt in transit.
Are your candies allergen-free?
While we offer many nut-free and gluten-free options, all our products are packaged in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and dairy.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched from the Cupboard, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your sweets every step of the way.
